Detailed mould drawings are provided by us for every part to ensure we fufill all the requirements by the cosmetic company manufacturer. mould need achieved using high diamond polishing. Also recommended to use flash chrome to protect that diamond finish, so the mold runs longer between maintenance checks and produces a higher number of flawless parts. Needs fast cooling system.
